on the E-Procurement Platform on the www.nkangala-scm.online .
NB :
In the case of a joint Venture a representative of at least one of the
Companies in
Joint Ventures partnership should attend the briefing meeting.
Tenders are to be completed through the platform in accordance with
condition and rules contained
in the tender documents. The tenders and relevant documents must be done on
the platform.
The Tenders shall remain valid for of 90 days from the closing Date.
Telegraphic, telephonic, fax,
telex e-mail or late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders will be evaluated in terms of the Supply Chain Management policy of
Govan MbekiMunicipality.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted ad suitable the
Govan MbekiMunicipality
reserves the right not consider any tender not suitable endorsed or
comprehensively completed, as well as
the right to accept the tender in whole part. Suppliers need to registered
on CSD.
